Company ProfileTeamCore ValuesMethodology

TEAMWORKS Behavioral Therapy was established in September 2001 when a group of seven therapists dreamed of forming a company that would offer the best Applied Behavioral Analysis programs for children with pervasive developmental disorders in the Philippines.

Within months, with meager funding and relying only on word-of-mouth to promote its services, many clients sought the services of the new group, starting with a 5-year old boy from Quezon City diagnosed with autism. The group formally took on the name “TEAMWORKS Behavioral Therapy” on February 1, 2002 through registering with the Department of Trade and Industry.

Even as a relatively new player in the field, the group quickly gained a reputation for effectiveness in using Applied Behavioral Analysis programs to help children with autism.  In November 2001, the company was invited to hold the first of its several public lectures for parents of children with special needs.  This also signaled the beginning of company’s tie-ups with schools/centers that have programs for special children.  Similarly, the company maintains partnering relationships with medical professionals who have recognized the quality of its programs and who have subsequently referred their clients for treatment.

Today, TEAMWORKS Behavioral Therapy maintains 50 affiliated therapists in its roster to serve more than 100 children with special needs all over Metro Manila, Northern & Southern Luzon (Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pangacinan, Olongapo, Baguio, Ilocos Norte, Laguna, Cavite), Visayas (Dumaguete) and Mindanao (Davao). The company is a member of the Autism Society of the Philippines (ASP).
